2.- RDG - Then, we proceed to the retanning, dyeing and greasing operation.
3.- Drying - By applying different drying techniques, this operation is essential to reduce the levels of moisture in leather.
4.- Staking - Then, with this mechanical operation we are able to control the softness of the leather.
5.- Finishing - This operation pigments the surface of the leather depending on the desired color.
6.- Embossing - Through pressuring the leather with embossing plate machines, the pigmented surface takes the corresponding shape.
7.- Measuring - Every hide is measured and labeled with high quality measuring equipment, allowing the process to trace our products.
8.- Cutting - Leather is trimmed with either automated cutting machines or cutting dies.
9.- Union stitching - This operation seams together the required number of leather cut pieces to form a loop.
10.- Perimetral Stitching- If needed, this operation seams the contour of the leather loop.
11.- Steering Wheel Wrapping - A production line is formed to wrap the leather loop and transform it into a wrapped steering wheel.
12.- Final Inspection - This process is carried out by a selected group of qualified inspectors.
